Qigong is more than just traditional wisdom; it's a mind-body practice with a growing body of scientific evidence supporting its health benefits. Research suggests that practicing Qigong may help:

About Your Instructor

Cyndi Silva is a certified Medical Qigong practice leader, certified Yoga and Pilates instructor who has led mind body classes since the mid 90's. She is a gifted communicator and has honed the art of presenting complex systems in simple terms, making them easy to understand and apply. More noteably Cyndi is a communal organizer and teacher who makes gathering and learning fun!
